Foreword:

Granules are a kind of special decorative glazes in popular use lately,which are fired from 1080-1200°C with a sugar-like texture.These sandy granules spread evenly on tile surface,with fine and smooth touch like rolling sand and natural sand stone,so as to achieve a special decoration effect.Due to the particularity of process,the granules are required to be applied evenly on tile surface with good adhesion,and won’t be sucked by the hot wind of kiln meanwhile.So,medium with higher requirement is needed to coordinate the granule application,and our granule suspension medium is specially developed for this.It has good fluidity,adhesion and suspension,won’t cause thixotropy and caking,meanwhile could avoid the granule being sucked away.

Suitable to be applied by glazing bell or straight glazing machine.

Adjust glaze flow according to these parameters:

* Printing medium:granule=100:40~45;

* Flow speed of glaze pulp control to 45±10s;

* Recommended quantity of granule for one piece of 30x60cm tile is 60~80g.

Reduce thickness of the surface glaze and increase the hardness of it before granule application,could help to achieve better decorative effect.

IV.Storage method: keep in sealed containers,quality stable at least one year.
